Jeannie Sattler
Hello! Thanks for being here. My name is Jeannie Sattler. I am devoted to serving the needs of real estate buyers and sellers throughout Orange and surrounding counties. I have experience selling a wide range of various property types; including waterfront penthouses, new construction, large estates on acreage, ranches, raw land, residential tract homes, condominiums, multi-family, and more.
With nearly twenty years of real estate experience in multiple states, I am not only recognized for past sales achievements but also as an expert for those downsizing and heading towards retirement as well as those moving out of state. I have also had experience managing a high-producing office and am always staying current with updated forms and compliance. I have also been a strong advocate of several charitable organizations in my community and am a proud Rotarian. Additionally, I am currently a board member at For The Troops, a non-profit volunteer-based organization that sends care packages out to our troops serving overseas. I also hold several professional designations including Certified Trust & Probate Specialist along with Senior Real Estate Specialist. One of my passions is assisting seniors with modifying their homes which allows them to live there longer in a healthy and safe environment. When it becomes too difficult I have the education, empathy and experience to assist them into assisted living or wherever the next (and sometimes final) chapter takes them. Other designations include Graduate Realtor Institute, Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource, and Certified Transaction Specialist. I am also a Notary Public and therefore am able to save my clients time and money when signing loan documents that require to be notarized.
Having earned the esteem and admiration of my associates, I have proudly built an incredible network of fellow agents across the country, giving my listings exposure to thousands of agents, as well as having trusted partners for my clients moving out of state. Additionally, I am passionate about assisting my clients in realizing the full potential of each property my team and I represent. I like to think I possess a natural repertoire of dynamic qualities and utmost integrity that sets me apart and enables me to successfully procure the goals of the discriminating buyers and sellers I am honored to represent.
On a personal note, I have been married to my amazing husband Jim since 1994 and together we have two children, Austin and Kendall, as well as 2 spoiled golden retrievers (Barrett & Bristol). When not selling real estate, you can probably find us on the golf course, watching football (we are die-hard Green Bay Packers fans), wine tasting, at concerts or visiting our kids in MT or TX.
